Sec. 660.117. APARTMENT OR HOUSE RENTAL EXPENSES. An apartment or house rental expense may be reimbursed or paid only if: (1) the purpose of the rental is the conservation of funds; and (2) the reimbursement or payment and the rental comply with the rules adopted by the comptroller under this chapter.
