Sec. 6601.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "Director" means a member of the board. (3) "District" means the Angleton Drainage District. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
