Sec. 6601.052. BALLOT APPLICATION DEADLINE. An application for a place on the ballot for a directors election must be filed with the secretary of the district not later than the 30th day before the date of the election. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
