Sec. 6603.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of supervisors of the district. (2) "District" means the Brookshire-Katy Drainage District. (3) "Supervisor" means a member of the board. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.05, eff. April 1, 2009.
