Sec. 6607.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the district's board of directors. (2) "Director" means a member of the board. (3) "District" means the Wharton County Drainage District. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 485 (S.B. 637), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2009.
