Sec. 661.066. PAYMENT CHARGED TO CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR. A state agency shall charge a lump-sum payment required by this subchapter to the fiscal year in which the state employee's separation from state employment becomes effective. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
