Sec. 661.914. VOTING BY STATE EMPLOYEES. A state agency shall allow each agency employee sufficient time off, without a deduction in salary or accrued leave, to vote in each national, state, or local election. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 279, Sec. 19, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
