Sec. 665.024. ADOPTION OF RULES. The senate shall adopt rules of procedure when it resolves into a court of impeachment. After the senate has adopted the rules it shall consider the articles of impeachment. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
