Rule Or Rate Change

Sec. 67.021. RULE OR RATE CHANGE. (a) The board shall give at least 10 days' notice as provided by this section before the board adopts a rule or changes a pilotage rate. (b) The board shall mail the notice and a copy of the proposed rule or change by registered mail to: (1) each pilot association office for Galveston County; and (2) all known consignees and all known associations of consignees operating in Galveston County. (c) The board shall post a copy of the proposed rule or change at the county courthouse for public inspection. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
