Art. 67.103. UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE OR USE OF CRIMINAL INFORMATION; PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly: (1) uses criminal information obtained under this chapter for an unauthorized purpose; or (2) releases the information to a person who is not entitled to the information.
