Term of Office

Sec. 68.094. TERM OF OFFICE. Each association officer serves a one-year term, beginning on January 1, and continues to serve until a successor has been elected and qualified. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
