Hearing

Sec. 68.105. HEARING. At the hearing, any interested person may appear in person or by attorney, present evidence, and offer testimony for or against the creation of the proposed district. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 913 (H.B. 3011), Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2007.
