Vacancy

Sec. 68.157. VACANCY. A vacancy in the board is filled by the remaining directors by appointing a person who meets the qualifications for the position, who shall serve for the unexpired term. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 913 (H.B. 3011), Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2007.
