Sec. 68.202. APPLICABILITY OF MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS LAW. Except as provided by this chapter, a district has the powers of a district created under Chapter 375, Local Government Code. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 913 (H.B. 3011), Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2007.
