Definitions

Sec. 680.001. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Department" means the Department of Public Safety. (2) "Motorcycle" has the meaning assigned that term by Section 661.001. (3) "Person" means an individual, partnership, firm, corporation, association, or other private entity. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
