Sec. 680.003. OFFENSE; PENALTY. (a) An individual who violates Section 680.002 commits an offense. (b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by: (1) a fine not to exceed $200; (2) confinement in county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days; or (3) both the fine and confinement. (c) Each sale of a motorcycle in violation of this subchapter is a separate offense. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
