Definitions

Sec. 681.051. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Eligible corporation" means a corporation organized to establish, operate, and maintain a foreign trade zone. (2) "Governmental entity" means: (A) this state; (B) a state agency; (C) a county, municipality, or special district; or (D) a combination of entities listed in Paragraphs (A)-(C).
