Sec. 681.171. ORANGE COUNTY NAVIGATION AND PORT DISTRICT. The Orange County Navigation and Port District may apply for and accept a grant of authority to establish, operate, and maintain: (1) a foreign trade zone in Orange County; and (2) other subzones.
