Sec. 6901.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "District" means the Bayview Municipal Utility District of Galveston County, Texas. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
