Sec. 6902.051. COMPOSITION OF BOARD. The district is governed by a board composed of five directors appointed by the Commissioners Court of Crane County. The directors occupy numbered places on the board, with the places numbered as Places 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2009.
