Sec. 6905.164. CONVEYANCE OF LAND TO DISTRICT. A public agency or a political subdivision of this state, including the City of Beeville, may lease, sell, or otherwise convey its land or an interest in its land to the district for consideration that the parties agree is adequate. Approval, notice, consent, or an election is not required in connection with the conveyance. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2009.
