Sec. 6906.053. VACANCIES. Any vacancy occurring on the board shall be filled for the unexpired term by appointment in the manner in which the vacating director was appointed. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2009.
