Sec. 6910.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of supervisors of the district. (2) "District" means the Hull Fresh Water Supply District. (3) "Supervisor" means a member of the board. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2017.
