Sec. 6915.053. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. A supervisor must be a resident of Willacy County. A supervisor is not required to reside in or own land in the district. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2017.
