Sec. 70.021. RULE OR RATE CHANGE. (a) The board shall give at least 10 days' notice as provided by this section before the board adopts a rule or changes a pilotage rate. (b) The board shall mail the notice and a copy of the proposed rule or change by registered mail to: (1) the designated office of the Aransas-Corpus Christi Pilots; and (2) all known consignees and all known associations of consignees operating in Nueces County. (c) The board shall post a copy of the proposed rule or change at the Nueces County courthouse for public inspection. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 359, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
