Sec. 70.039. TERMS OF LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES. (a) A branch pilot's license expires on the fourth anniversary of the date it is issued or renewed. (b) A deputy branch pilot's certificate expires on the second anniversary of the date it is issued and may not be renewed. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 359, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
