Joinder of Actions

Sec. 70.408. JOINDER OF ACTIONS. Persons claiming a lien against the same agricultural crop under this subchapter may join in the same action, and if separate actions are commenced, the court may consolidate them. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 732, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
