Sec. 702.051. ADMINISTRATIVE AND RULEMAKING AUTHORITY. (a) The secretary of state shall administer this chapter. (b) In administering this chapter, the secretary of state shall: (1) adopt rules; (2) issue administrative orders; and (3) take action necessary to ensure compliance with this chapter.
