Rules Relating To Security Claims and Proceeds

Sec. 702.052. RULES RELATING TO SECURITY CLAIMS AND PROCEEDS. The secretary of state shall adopt rules necessary to: (1) determine the disposition of a security claim filed under Section 702.251; and (2) ensure the prompt and fair distribution of security proceeds.
