Sec. 702.104. TERM; RENEWAL. (a) A health spa operator's certificate of registration expires on the first anniversary of the date of issuance. (b) A certificate of registration may be renewed as provided by the secretary of state. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
