Temporary Closing

Sec. 702.504. TEMPORARY CLOSING. For purposes of this subchapter, the closing of a health spa is not a violation of this chapter if the closing does not exceed one month and: (1) is a result of a natural disaster; or (2) is to relocate the health spa not more than 10 miles from its location preceding the relocation.
