Sec. 723.031. GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS. To implement this chapter, the state may accept and spend a gift, grant, or donation of money or other property from a private source. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
