Sec. 73.104. MEDICAL STAFF. The medical staff of the institution shall be selected and employed by the board on the recommendation of the president, and may be discharged in like manner. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3172, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
