Sec. 73.107. ADMISSION: RULES AND REGULATIONS; APPROVAL OF PRESIDENT. (a) Admission to the institution and its substations is subject to rules and regulations promulgated from time to time by the president. (b) No person shall be admitted until the president is satisfied that all requirements of this subchapter and the rules and regulations of the president have been met.
