Sec. 73.109. FEE SCHEDULE. The president shall establish a schedule of minimum fees and charges conforming to the fees and charges customarily made for similar services in the community in which the services are rendered. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3173, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
