Sec. 74.613. FACILITIES. The physical facilities of the regional academic health center used in its teaching and research programs, including libraries, auditoriums, research facilities, and medical education buildings, may be provided by a public or private entity. A physical facility may be constructed, maintained, or operated with state money appropriated for that purpose. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 672, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
