Sec. 74.710. CRIMINAL OFFENSE. (a) A holder commits an offense if the holder wilfully violates this chapter, including: (1) failing to file a report in accordance with this chapter; (2) failing to pay or deliver property in accordance with this chapter; or (3) refusing to permit examination of records in accordance with this chapter.
