Sec. 75.305. GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS. The institute may accept gifts, grants, and donations from any source for the purposes of the institute. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 889 (S.B. 1780), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2021.
