Sec. 75.502. ESTABLISHMENT OF SYSTEM. The courts may establish a court administrator system to improve criminal justice and to expedite the processing of criminal cases. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
