Sec. 755.021. REGISTRATION AND CERTIFICATE. Except as provided by Section 755.022, each boiler operated in this state must: (1) be registered with the department; and (2) have qualified for a current certificate of operation. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
