Sec. 772.606. TERRITORY OF DISTRICT. The territory of a district: (1) consists of the territory of each participating county or municipality located in a 9-1-1 region; and (2) does not include any land that is located in the territory of an emergency communication district authorized under Subchapter B, C, D, F, or G.
