Sec. 775.038. COMPENSATION; CONFLICT OF INTEREST. (a) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 219 (H.B. 2504), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2017. (a-1) A commissioner of a district is entitled to receive compensation in the same manner and amount as are provided by Section 49.060, Water Code.
