Bond

Sec. 775.103. BOND. The fire marshal shall post a bond in the amount required by the district and conditioned on the faithful and strict performance of the fire marshal's duties under this subchapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 272, Sec. 5, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
