Sec. 78.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of a district. (2) "District" means a noxious weed control district. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1209, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
