Eligibility For Voting

Sec. 78.005. ELIGIBILITY FOR VOTING. In order to vote in an election under this chapter, a person must: (1) be a qualified voter; (2) reside in the district or in the proposed district; (3) own taxable property within the district; and (4) have rendered the property to the county tax assessor for taxation as required by law.
