Sec. 7806.152. TAX ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION. The district may: (1) employ a tax collector; or (2) contract with any qualified person to assess and collect taxes for the district. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2013.
