Sec. 7807.107. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS: AWARD. (a) The board shall award all construction contracts. (b) The board may award contracts to construct improvements included in the approved plan of reclamation for the district at the times and in the amounts that the board considers in the best interest of the district.
