Sec. 7807.151. TAX METHOD. (a) The district shall use the ad valorem plan of taxation. (b) Subchapter G, Chapter 54, Water Code, applies to all matters relating to the imposition of district taxes. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2013.
