Sec. 7816.0404. AUTHORIZED MAINTENANCE TAXES. The district may impose a maintenance tax that has been authorized at an election held in the district. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 557 (H.B. 4726), Sec. 1, eff. June 10, 2019.
