Sec. 782.006. COMMISSION. (a) The governor shall appoint a commission for each cultural basin the governor designates. (b) A commission shall meet quarterly and at other times as called by a majority of the commission members or the commission chairman. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 38, Sec. 1, eff.
